i noticed that on the knee joint of my left leg kind of aches... i dont do any sports but i do run a bit down in my basement. i have never broken a bone and i've been in some pretty bone breaking situations so i guess i have strong bones but what's wrong with my knee?

Maybe you're over exerting. Give it a rest for a few days b/r running again. Running on a hard surface is the WORST for your body. Consider running on grass, the beach, or on a cinder track.
Why are they sore? Over exertion? nutrition deficiency? Ibuprofen is solid for lowering swelling. have you ever tried taking a warm tub and rubbing them some? Stretching (merely somewhat) to work out in case you could ease a number of the discomfort? If this is nutrition deficiency devour a banana and drink a tumbler of milk for potassium and calcium. See, no painful scientific care and not something like icey warm.
most probaly just a small cramp or muscle soreness, if doesnt go away in 3-5 days or if the pain gets worse u need medical attention
im only 15... and i get that almost every day..
my mum said i might be getting arthritis (dont know how to spell it)
or just that my joints are weak.
so maybe go to a doctor and see what they say.
