Okay, I cant find a article on this but I know it's out their. So -
Some guy said that if you had a bunch of mirrors set up to reflect light and i was around the world or something you would be able to look at one mirror and while it travels their is a delay so when you look in the other merrier you are like seeing a 3- 10 second delay because the light is still traveling.
Any links or help for this?

The speed of light is 186,000 miles per second so a 10 second delay would equate to 18,600 miles . That's how far away from the furthest mirror you'd have to be to observe the image (first mirror) take a while to be reflected to you via the second mirror (assuming you could see that far away).
You'd need to bounce a pretty powerful laser off the first mirror, to the second, far away mirror, and back to your eye. In theory it seems plausible but man, you'd need some accuracy to pull that trick off.
Dang, that sounds pretty cool, but I don't think it would be a 3-10 second delay, especially considering how fast light is.
