my cross country shorts are really short and my legs are so white. i wanted to wear compression shorts but you cant wear them unless your whole team does. how can i get my upper legs tan quickly?
Do not go to a tanning salon!if you would like to use a spray or lotion tanner the one that the other person said is really good i have used that one before, but it sometimes doesn't work on everyone....
Train in your cross country shorts-- that way your upper thighs will be exposed to the sunlight. Or, do the lotion or spray tan. but with what you will sweat, the spray tan will come off quicker.
