1. ULTA is selling a 1 inch Chi for 69.99 in stores right now (I just bought a replacement in Orlando)
2. Years...5+more! I was careless with mine (after 4 years) and started wrapping the cord around it for vacations- BIG mistake! I 'made do" withe a cheaper replacement and damaged my colored hair almost to the point of to return.
3.& 4. Wonderful! I moved to FL about 2 months ago, which is the humidity capital of the U.S. Since using the Chi (+ pureology ShineMax as a triple-duty shine/color protector/heat protector), literally my quality of life has improved! As a law student with 8 a.m. classes who loves sleep, I used to be late on a daily basis prior to two products:
Chi Ceramic & Bare Minerals ... Now I actually look liek the women without a life (besides shopping or yoga) with a full schedule!
I got mine at Target also! I paid $139 I bought the pink one!... but it is the best $139 I ever spent! IT is worth every penny I promise! I am a hair stylist and it works with lots of hair types! It is wonderful! You might want to try ebay but then you have that chance at getting a knock off.. so just buy one and experience the greatest straightener for yourself! Enjoy!
You can look on ebay for them but most places they're going to be that much. I don't know exactly how much I paid but it was around that amount. They're great and I will NEVER go back to a regular straightener again. My hair actually stays straight and looks healthier. I get compliments a lot more when I started using my chi.
i paid 120$ for mine at one of the local beauty supply stores in my town[ your probably not gonna find it cheaper than with in that price range]... and honestly its the best iron ive ever had. i had mine for 2 years and than the only reason it broke was because i droppod it and it cracked, but other than that it would have lasted so much longer. since it is a ceramic iron it doesnt damage your hair like non ceramic irons. the chi is as worth it as everyone claims.
I dont have one but they cost over $100 in salons.. (seen them). try ebay.. my flat-iron costs more than the chi for retail price but i got it on ebay for like $50-60. try ebay
sorry, you cant get them under 100$
sorry. at a salon i think they are 100$ though.
but SEDUs are much better :] lol i got one of those.
