One of my good friends as acted different around me lately. Last year she would talk to me, steal my hat on occasion put her arm over me every once in a while. Then I come back to school and she rests her arm on my knee, steals my hat and wears it for as long as she can. Gave me a new necklace when my old one broke. I put my hand on her shoulder and she flat out hugged me. Once, I had a small hole in my shirt and she starts ripping it wider. Doodes on my notebook. But my diemma is that she does hug some other of her friends but not nearly what ive been getting. Constantly smiles. Her favorite person qualities fit my description
The thing is thatis she just being more deeply friendly or does she like me

She's flirting. She probably likes you, but she may like lots of people. Try asking her to do stuff one on one and see how it goes.You'll be able to see how much she likes you then.
a bit new here but im far from inexperienced on this stuff. I'd say she's starting to get really fond of you and starting to like you. This happens with most relationships between very close friends.
