I got a few questions:
1. What cards can bring Mirage Knight back from beind removed from play?
2. When making a deck what the must have cards that are in almost ever custom made deck?
3. Is there a way to keep Mirage Knight on the field after it attacks?
Update:Oh FYI: I figured out another solution 2 my own problem. By using the Elemental Heroes & Fusing 4 of them they make a Elemental Hero that returns all monsters that were removed from play to the rightful decks. So I guess I had @ least one of the answers myself. (LOL).

1. Use dimension fusion (if you're doing that, you should use spell economics so you don't need to pay).
2. there's bottomless trap hole, sakuretsu armor, torrential tribute, lightning vortex, smashing ground, mst, call of the haunted, premature burial, heavy storm, and dust tornado.

i don't think mirage knight is worth using. you can only summon it with dark flare knight's effect, which only activates when it destroyed in battle. so it's pretty hard to summon, eveb though it has a good effect
You can use Miracle Dig if you have five or more monsters removed from the game, but they only go to your graveyard.
Call of the Haunted, Premature Burial, Enemy Controller and Brain Control are popular.
I can't think of any strategy to keep Mirage Knight on the field, but you can bring him back if you meet the circumstances to use Miracle Dig, and you must bring back Dark Flare Knight.
The strategy is to have 5 cards or more removed from play first of all (Soul release is good for this). Play Miracle Dig and put Mirage Knight in your graveyard. Play Monster Reincarnation, and bring him back to your hand. Play Premature Burial, or Call of the Haunted and use Dark Flare Knight's effect to bring back Mirage Knight, for one more turn. It's possible but very circumstantial and you must use many cards just to bring back one card for one turn. If you can pull it off it will be very beneficial but good luck because it calls for so many cards.

3- Yes. They are: Book of Moon, Skill Drain, Interdimensional Matter Transporter. Note Skill drain negates the good effect also.

2.Cards that are almost always used in decks are brain control, enemy controller, mirror force, sakuretsu armor but u cant really decide what everyone uses it really depends on the deck
3. You could load your deck with interdimensioal matter transport which removes from play your monster for one turn use with the knight after he attacks
