Oh gosh i am 38 weeks pregnant and since the Begining of my pregnancy i have gotten these early Sharpe leg pain when i am crying and screaming for like 10 - 20 minutes, and after it hurts to walk or straighten my calf's for a few days. The best thing to do is have your spouse massage them or place a really cold cloth on your legs. Good Luck all the best
Every time I was pregnant, I had really bad, bad, bad leg cramps at night. I would cry it would hurt so bad. My doc said it was normal. He recommended eating a banana before bed.

Yes, I always had leg cramps during my pg's. My OB told me I could eat bananas and take extra B vitamin for it.

Yes it is. Just be sure to elevate your feet as much as possible. Drink lots of fluids and get lots of rest. You'll need it. Good Luck!
