I have been taking this pill for nearly 8 years now. I wont lie I did gain weight, although I do accredit some of it to the pill a good amount was just because my hormones were a bit out of whack and I kept eating junk food. It still wasn't a huge amount. I do have to say I know that everyone is different and there are a lot of factors that will affect your side effects. Basically it is one of the lowest dosage of hormones you can get in a pill so if your body is used to it you will most likely not see many changes but if it is your first time trying the pill you give it a few months to get adjusted and just be careful to eat healthy.

Also it really helped me with cramps!
