Eeee bro! Dont EVER drop your box. ever. Its not cool. You probably jangled up the inside, which explains the sounds. And i would talk to microsoft support about it.

If you can still play with it you can disregard it, but try and get it checked out.

And for future reference, lay it on Its side, not standing up and dont move it around to much. and dont ever EVER drop it.

yea always lay the xbox on its side never standing up due to the risk of it falling
