Xbox 360 trouble..........................?
ok so i brought a refurbished xbox 360 from unclevic.com and it worked good the first time. Then after a while when i put my game in(brand new NBA 2k9) all it says is open tray...is there some way to fix this or do i need to send it back
Update:yeah it came with a 120 day warranty

Since the others have already warned you about not buying refurbished, I'll try to give you a couple of useful options.
1. Did the 360 come with any kind of warranty from unclivic.com? If so, call them about it.
2. Try cleaning the laser lens with a standard DVD/CD cleaning disk. You can find them at any major electronics store.
You bought a refurbished one. It was broken then fixed again. That's the risk you take when buying a refurbished item. Not much you can do.
never by refurbished the are usually broken in the first place thats why people take them back
leave the game in the 360 over night and then check if it still says tht for the game
