can it be possible that the tongue of my chowchow cannot be all blue and black?because she is almost 3mos. and it is not complete yet, there so many pink in her tongue.
omg, its not a big deal anyways, besides shes still young and it may change into complete bluish blackish color, if not, its not a huge deal, why is it that important that her tongue be all blue/black anyways, or you may unknowingly purchased a mutt or a tainted chow, besides some of them don't always turn all dark, some of them have patches of pink in the back from what i have seen
well what color of blue bright or dull kind of like a faded purplish color? And is he or her a full chow? You must realize that when a chow's mixed with another breed it's tounge will change too. Its natrual and not at all harmful. Your chow should be just fine

The chows tongue will turn more "black" as it gets older... dont worry.
Apparently it is possible since you say her tongue is not all blue...!
It is probably a chow mix puppy.
You can get it by learning from this breed. Check this out,

She's probably not a purebred Chow Chow then....
