hcg levels?
is there anything that can make you have hcg present in your system other that pregnacy...my numbers were 242 a few days ago and 255 today they are increasing but i dont feel pregnant...8 test are positive and so is blood i am just paranoid i guess ....i really want a healthy baby i am just scared to get my hopes up and not actually be pregnant

Anything above 5 is positive for pregnancy. So, yes you are indeed pregnant. One thing that I did notice you said is your numbers are 242 the other day and 255 today. Your numbers should be doubling every other day. They should be 400 to 500 a few days later. Good Luck and take care
Are you taking medication that contain hCG? Normally, you'd be taking this medication if you're receiving fertility treatments. Otherwise, there isn't anything else that can increase your hCG levels besides being pregnant.

The hcg level should get higher as the baby gets bigger. If ur levels are getting higher, that would suggest u are pregnant.
The only other way your hcg levels would be that high was if you were taking medication containing hcg. You're pregnant sweetie! CONGRATS!!
