I was just wondering what a good time would be for a 2.5 mile race, so far, my best time was 20 minutes flat is that okay?
thats average. im a freshman and my 5k is about a 24 so that would be like a 20 min 4k, too. keep up the good work@
im a freshman girl and i run in the high 19's for a 5k so uh...thats not a great time for a 4k
i'm totally with kt 4k not so great time wise.
