I'm a certified Dental Orthodontic Assistant, but I don't have an x-ray license. Does anyone know where I can get x-ray certified, how much it is, and how long it will take in order for me to be x-ray certified?
Your doc should be able to help you with this! Usually, you need to go to a dental school continuing education course to be certified and have to have had some months of prior training in an office.
You need to check with the licensing department in the city/county/township that you reside. If you don't know where to start looking, contact the place you took the course at, they will probably know.
