I currently go to Tulsa Virtual school, their program is not very good so I really wanted to enroll in Oklahoma Virtual High School. But, they said they do not allow transfers to OK-VHS. My first question is, are they really allowed to deny transfers? It seems like, if you could get a transfer to be enrolled in say, a private school, there would be no problem getting enrolled in another virtual school. My second question is, is there a way to somehow override this? I really like the look of OK-VHS, they have so many things that Tulsa Virtual does not have, you can e-mail, IM, or call teachers for help. They have videos, virtual textbooks and great interactive resources. I DO NOT want to go to public school, but I also don't want to stay at Tulsa Virtual.
Thank you in advance.

Students from participating school districts can enroll in Oklahoma Virtual High School. This is a list of the participating school districts:
ASTEC Charter School
Crutcho School District
Epic One-on-One Charter School
Graham School District
Hanna School District
Pittsburg School District
Stidham School District
Stringtown School District
Since Tulsa has its own program, it doesn't participate in OK-VS and cannot transfer students to that school.
I at the instant enrolled myself in digital college. don't be stunned that some days once you start up off, you will omit your previous college, friends, even each and all the lame stuff extreme college mandates you to do. yet, for me, it replaced into the perfect selection i could of made for me. i'm ending extreme college quicker, and could attend college complete time interior the spring. it is likewise a private selection you're able to make. do no longer forget that as quickly as you start up off digital college, there should not be a instructor there that can assist you for one-on-one stuff.
