Sinus trouble!! help!!!?
Ok I have had a cold for abt 4 days it started out with sore throat,stuffy nose,and fever then sore throat went away and fever went away to but now I'm coughing and only one side of my nose is clogged up I have been using a Neti pot and it is not helping what can I do for my nose please help me

Sudafed -- decongestant. Should clear it up a little.
Mucinex also will thin up the mucus and so its not as much pressure in there.
Also add in a saline nasal spray--you can get it over the counter.
