Also no one answer if u haven't atually tried it. And also don't say just eat and excerise right. I know that i would have to do that even if I am drinking the tea. Also how much would you drink a day? just a packet? Does it make u go to the bathroom alot? <I mean not pee but like cramps and then u gotta go? or is it fine?

Yes it works. I've never had to deal with any kind of the problems you're mentioning...
But like any diet supplement, it won't work great if you don't stick to a healthy diet and exercise program. You're young so a supplement may not be necessary for you, and probably not healthy.
