UK to USA...Travel...........Going to JAIL...?
Have you ever know of anyone in the UK who went to prison..and was allowed to go to the USA on holiday?
What type of crimes would make them say no! And would I know if i had anything in my name?

As far as I now the US will not allow anyone in (even for a day visit) if they have any kind of criminal record,get the entry forms from the embassy or look on line
unless you are planning to highjack the plane or intended to plant a bomb, id think youd be allowed to go to the USA. depends on what crime the person went to jail with, like if it was only stealing- that would be ok.
but murder/terrorism- a big no no
Wow! that's a first time a ever heard of this before. Kinda strange. You'd have to do something very creepy and freakish,in my opinion;)
Well if you were dangerous you wouldn't be able to go to the USA.
