It is actually pretty simple. You either like him or you dont. Dont just go out with him because he asked you to. It is your choice and you do not have to feel obligated to go out with him. Think about him. Does he make you smile/laugh? Can you have fun with him? How much do you know about him? Do you like what you know? Can you trust him? Is there attraction? ---If the answer to all of those are yes, then that is a great start.

Also, if a stranger asks you for your number.. are you crazy? How old is he? Have you EVER heard of him before? Where did you meet him? Is he safe? Think about that. and you can only decide what you feel is right. Stay safe.

If a friend asked me out like to dinner and a movie, I would go for sure but if he/she was looking for more than that I would have to let them down easily. That depends on the friendship really because if it was a close friend I might value that over a romantic relationship so I would have to proceed with caution.

Umm the truth is that if a stranger wanted my number FIRST I would have to be attracted to him/her in some way, you know that chemistry or feeling you get when your eyes meet.... and then I would ask for his/her number instead.

Lastly I would use call block on my number so that if i talked to that person and he/she was not what I expected I could just not call back and they would not have my number.
