I want to go to Pennsylvania tomorrow from VA for a concert that I missed yesterday. Its kinda last minute but are there any no deposit car rental places near Annandale? I don't have too much money:( I'm desperate ;(

No deposit? If you use a credit card to rent the car, you don't normally pay until you return the car at the end. If you don't have a credit card, there will be a substantial deposit if they rent you a car at all.
To rent a car you're going to need a deposit and be at least 21 yrs old. You also need to have a credit card as well.
