Travel doubt?
I am an north american citizen, right now I am living in Ecuador and I have the ecuadorian passport, but I want to go to Europe for vacations, with which passport do I leave if :
with the ecuadorian passport I have to ask fopr a visa and with the north american I have to pay fees for staying as an illegal,
now double nationality is legal. so what do I do?

When you say you are a "North American" citizen, what do you mean? There is no country called North America. If you mean the US, US law does not prohibit dual citizenship. US law does require that you travel in and out of the country using a US passport, but you can use any passport you want to to leave and enter Ecuador or Europe. Most people in your situation would carry both passports.
american constitution prohibits dual citizenship. although not strictly enforced but it is illegal to use your ecaudoran passport when you trave. better pay the fees for overstaying.
