Based on your sign, then go for Aquarius girl. As long as she isn't a total dumbo then it's fine.
Clearly the Taurus doesn't care for you; if it's been 3 years by now she'd have made the change. But she hasn't come round and she probably won't.
Aquarius and Gemini are any Libras best match, but if you think the Gemini's a sl*t then don't go for her; Gemini's have been prone to cheating anyway.

Ditch #1 - I've been there. Doesn't "come around".
Just lay low after that and wait - chances are you won't be totally ready to date again until some time afterwards. The worst thing you want to do is jump into another relationship before you're fully done with the first. Doesn't work out well for anyone.

Fix things or end things with your girl first. If it doesn't work out with her, go for the last one if you can deal with possibly being cheated on down the road.
