Make the room kinda cold/cool Then climb back into bed with dimlights or darkness then focos on only the feeling of the blankets on your skin and the coolness you are feeling the scilence in the room and the air on your face. focus on your breathing and the calmness of the room.

Cut the t.v. off. Place a sheet over the blinds or curtains on your window so that no light enters the room. No more caffeine tonight - coke, tea, etc. Make sure that the house is quiet....now close your eyes and fall off....
