I know that there are pharm schools that you can apply to your 3rd year in college or something like that, and they take you early. What is that exactly? How does it work?
And what are the schools that do that?
I know some schools even have a transfer into a pharmD program?
I just want some more information about it. I'm in my 2nd year of college now.

Many pharmacy schools require or de facto require a bachelors.
The other schools just require you finish the pre-reqs and probably take the PCAT. Most schools use PharmCAS.
You should investigate the schools which you are interested in applying to.
