There are a couple of things you can do depending on how big she is and how much room she had to move around.
I get my hubby to talk to the other side of my belly and she'll usually move towards his voice and away from my discomfort. If I'm alone then I do the same thing but with music...just be careful about what kind of music. If my little girl is in the right mood, she actually just ends up dancing to the beat!! Which can be even more annoying. You might also try giving her a little push or changing your position. Anything to get her out of that area. With the little push, it's not going to hurt anything and the doctors do far worse during the ultrasound so you don't really have to worry.
Your baby will position herself, and there isn't too much you can do about it! Particularly if you are about 28 or more weeks, as she will be starting to position herself head down (meaning you will feel kicks under your ribs). You may find it helpful when sitting to lean back slightly, and not sit hunched forward.
My first child did this. She would get right up under my right rib and push. The most you can do, is very gently push down where she is, very gently. The one I am carrying now tends to like to beat on my bladder, lol. Good luck to you. And congrats!
lie over something (like a fitball or even your couch)so your belly jst kind of hangs ! it was the only way i could get any relief ! good luck hope it works
