So this all started about 3 weeks ago...
Up until 3 weeks ago, my daughter was the perfect baby. Very seldom did she fuss or be naughty.
Some where along the road she picked up a stomach bug and she was very sick for about 7 days, with vomiting and diarreha. She seemed to cope with it all very well. The 1st day that she did not vomit, she got a wierd rash - which we later discovered were hives - don't know what from yet! Then she picked up a cold and we are now coming to the tail end of that. She has seemed like she feels okay, except for the runny nose... however, she has been soooooo grouchy lately. It seems like she is always screaming and fussing - like she is a completely different baby (she turned 1 in October). She is eating fine, pooping fine and so on... I really have no idea what is going on with her lately - it's like she has had a major mood swing since she turned 1. Does anyone have any ideas? We thought maybe teeth, but she poped 2 around her birthday and this is nothing like what we experienced then - it's way worse!
Update:She was at the doctor here in last two weeks - ears were fine then - doesn't seem to pull at them. We have done tylenol, origel (sp?), motrin...

You should take her to the doctor. If it is her teeth, which it may be- a runny nose is often a sign of cutting teeth, some Tylenol will help. It could also be her ears. Have you noticed that she calms down some when you hold her or she is upright? Either way her dr. can help. 1 year old is too young for the grumpy stuff.
She may be acting like that because her teeth are coming in. She may be cranky because she just want to sleep. Even try picking her up and holding her for just a little while. Babies act this way sometimes just to get some attention.
well she still could be feeling under the weather. the teeth could play a big factor. if you get to worried call her doctor ask them if they can give you more advice. i agree picking her up and cuddling can help too. i hope she feels better soon.
I think it's probably her teeth are coming in. It should go away when her teeth come in. If not, take her to the doctor. And, don't get mad at her.
