i baught the phone..i have the music essentials kit i cannot figure out how to put it all together. the thing that plugs into the computer wont fit into my phone. or i just missed a hole..HELP

did u get the right kit for the phone? there are different ones for the phones according to the phone model.
call ur serveise provider or take it to were u bought the kit they will help u put it togheter and explain it
