You sound young but girls no matter the age always like it when you look strait into there eyes and smile it really tells us you like us and we either start flirting or totally ignore you!!!

be nice to her and act as just a friend to her.
complement her by saying you like her shoes or you like the shirt shes wearing.
maybe you should ask your sister what type of stuff your crush likes and what her interests are then ask her on a date
