I am from South Africa, I registered on NCAA Clearinghouse, and there is a section where it says I need to submit my "High School Transcripts", can someone explain to me what that is? In South Africa we don't have transcripts, we have reports which we get end of every term, indicating our marks for the subjects we do, is that what transcripts are? They also say I must send all of them, so must I send every report I ever received from 8th grade thru to 12th grade?

Can someone please help me and tell me exactly what transcripts are and what I need to submit.
