good quality chocolate?
I have a recipe. It calls for the best quality semi sweet chocolate I can find. Is Hershey's Okay or Lindt better. I dont have any other brands to choose from, so which of those do you recomend?

Althought personally a good old galazy or dairy milk still hits the spot, and is so much cheaper!
