faulty switch?
i have a 1994 for f-150 and when i turn the headlights on the right hand blinker comes on,(it doesn't blink it just stays solid.) and then my truck loses power and dies. is this a faulty headlight switch or a faulty blinker relay or what. any help would be appreciated

sounds like your alternater is shot if u have to jump the truck to getit to run again that probally what it is
i am assuming that you have to jump start the truck?ifso check the charging system,be sure you have a good battery also.when the charging system fails it can cause weird elec.problems
