It's my kids 13th birthday coming up soon and i have no idea what to do for her party. She says shes not fussed but should i take her word for it? And if so what should i do for it?
my daughter turned 14 this past summer and we did a really cool little theme. We had each of the kids dress up like their favorite celebrity (real or fictional) and we did a little improv and had all the kids do little silly things w/ weird objects and a bunch of little things like that. We served sparkling grape juice in plastic champagne glasses and all finger foods on trays. Later all of the kids voted on each others costume and how much they were playing their character and then we had an academy awards ceremony at the end. For party favors we made "celebrity swag bags". It was really cute and lots of fun!
Take her out to see a movie/theatre show and then on to a restaurant that serves her favorite foods and invite a few of her friends, that way you don't have to go through all the fuss of organising a birthday party!
You should do this theme for your party ; TERRIFIC THIRTEEN !!If she is a grl the colors can be pink and white and the guest must wear PINK AND WHITE the decoration pink and white and do it in the night time then around the area that you are going to do the party put icecles light, the ones that you put outside your deck on chrismas you'll see they are going to have a blast

buy her a massively mini media player if she doesnt have an ipod and take her to see a pg-13 or r movie
Just do what she wants to do. She may not want a party. Or she may want to just hang out with her friends. Ask her what she wants to do.
invite a few of her friends over for a sleepover & just leave them alone to watch movies & gossip.
Give them money. They'll apreciate it more than a party.
