I know you cant fast travel when your on a quest so please don't tell me what i already know, im not on a quest i don't even have any besides the gnomes, books and flowers and they are not even activated.

So why cant i fast travel??

Also, i adopted a few kids while married to an xbox live player and now i dont want them. i killed the nanny and it said the kids have been moved back into the orphanage then fired all the other nannies after her but this one kid will not go away. why? please help.
