Hi all, I need some urgent tips on cyclocrossing, I signed up for a race, but didn't realize it was a cyclocross race and for the past month i have been training for a road type of race... Any tips on training that i should do in the next 3 days to at least do well in the race???
Update:I have a mountain bike with clipless pedals too

The day before the race, do nothing, just eat!
Just before that do some simple spinning rides and low intensity stuff, you left it a bit too late to panic now!
This will be good experience for you anyhow - LEARN FROM IT!

You'd have to have a serious learning spree to come close to doing anything. Just learning how to get on and off your bike to clear the hurdles will take longer than you have. Not to mention handling skills and control.
Forget it. You've got no chance of doing well. Pray you can at least get round without wrapping yourself around a tree and that's if you're daft enough to even try.
Cyclo-cross is a different animal. You will need mountain bike style clip less shoes. The bikes are designed to have larger clearances.
I wouldn't want to use my road bike for a race like that.
