I am getting back into cheerleading after about five years. does any one know of any stretches that i can do to get my toe touches back to the way they used to be. Also, i need some tips to get back to being comfortable with tumbling. Any ideas on how to learn a standing tuck FAST!!!!

Toe touch stretches--- straddle lifts, center splits, crunches, kicks. leg weights and a trampoline and about a million toe touches will do it, lol.
As far as tumbling, get a private and start with the usual.
Everyone progresses a back at a different pace. some hit it immediately, some take years, some never get it. Couple of hints are to not throw your head back, tuck tight, pull your feet through and use your arms.
To get your toe touches back, sit on the floor as if you were doing a toe touch in the air. Squeeze your muscles and try lifting your legs off the ground without using your hands. This gets your muscles used to doing them and makes them stronger.
get a fat boy friend
trust me, you will strench further than you thought you can
be thin and flexible :)
