Am I going through puberty?
I have been down in the dumps recently and I am jut wondering whether I am in puberty or not, I have a mix of light and dark hairs on my scrotum and growing up my groin, and when I masturbate I drip like a clear fluid, but what I am concerned about is the fact that I can't get an erection through mental stimulation and I don't get one when I wake up, I don't get wet dreams, either, I'm short and recently my voice squeaks and I cannot scream, can you just help me out?

You neglected to mention your age - but you ARE in the midst of puberty - and it will last until you are at least age 21 - or later.
Not everything happens at one time when you enter puberty. Changes can be spread out over several years - that's why you won't finish until at least age 21. There is NO set time schedule for changes to occur. No two people mature at the same age nor at the same time in their lives.
You cannot rush puberty changes.
Your genetics have already pre-determined what your final growth will be - - - including height - penis size - voice changes - body/bone structure - facial hair - body hair - etc.
You must learn to have patience - & wait to see what all develops.

Am i going through Puberty?
Lately, I've been getting cold sores and spots all over my face and body, my voice squeaks when i scream or yell and all i care about is sleeping and eating, i'm a healthy 13 year old who regularly exercises, and i have no health issues, I'm just wondering:'), i also have regular mood swings- so I'm told!

Yes = you are in the middle of puberty..
The erection is not under control of our concious brain
so mental stimulation doesn't always work.
Most guys don't get wet dreams if they masturbate.
I bet you'd scream if someone stepped on your toe.

Early stages of Puberty man. All of this is normal and you are definitely starting. Some people can't gain an erection through mental stimulation. And wet dreams and "morning wood" are some things a guy may never get. You will grow taller, your voice will get lower, and every hot girl you see, you will want to place your penis firmly between their **** and jiggle them up and down. Have fun.
You have already hit puberty. You do not get wet dreams because you masterbate .you only get wet dreams when you don't masterbate for 20 days or more.i suggest you don't worry as you are just going through a transition phase.
Yes you are but don't worry not everything happens at once, just don't think about it and before you realize it will already be over. Just make sure that when you see your first spot. You the spot cream and keep using it every other morning at the least. Because once you lose control of your acne you'll never get your face clear again easily for ages. It's a real pain.
