Natural Anxiety tips?

A few months ago i came down with sudden anxiety attacks. Since then I have changed my diet, started exercising and taking a stress b complex vitamin daily. All of this has helped tremendously. However, I still have random onsets here and there and since the anxiety has mostly subsided I have been having mood issues. I have not gone to the doctor yet, I plan to, but would rather try and beat this myself in a natural way. After extensive research I've figured out that on top of b vitamins, magnesium, L theanine, omega 3, and vitamin D are great for anxiety, mood etc. I've heard some bad things about 5htp and passionflower however. I was wondering if anyone had any other natural suggestions for treating anxiety. Not necessarily vitamins, just anything that would help. I already know about breathing exercises yoga etc. But what about foods or anything else. Any feedback is appreciated.
