Do you have a clogged PCV valve? It could be leaking out the breather. You may also have a bad valve cover gasket, a popped or lost valve grommet. You should try to locate where specifically on the passenger's side it is leaking.
Oh, and edit in what car we're talking about! I know on the s-10 trucks they had problems with the valve cover and rocker pan gaskets leaking, not to mention some crazy composite connection on the PCV valve that fell apart with heat, but I don't know if it goes back to 95.

Those 2.2's are not known to be great leakers. Time for someone to peak under it.
