Not a problem. You are still under warranty, so you can send it back to Microsoft for a new one. If this happened, say, two years from now, you'd still be able to get a new one under their extended warranty (3 years). See if that helps you.
Microsoft has admitted a fair amount of defective boxes, so its a production issue......nothing you can fix.....Get it repaired or replaced and hope you get a working unit.

you should be able to exchange it at the store if it has only been two weeks. Then you wont have to wait forever for Microsoft to return it to you
