Xbox 360 slim open tray?
Okay I got the open tray error and I can't play my game disk but can I still be able to play games like download games like you buy the full game and still be able to play them game? Or that doesn't work either.

you can still play games you downloaded form their Marketplace. why not send it in?
You can still play downloaded games. If it's only a disc tray error, then that has nothing to do with downloaded content that's on the hard drive.
