ok so today my friends and i are just chilling in the hall. this random girl was walking by us but stops, stands and stares at me. Can anyone suggest possible reasons she did this

Maybe she trying to get attention or shes trying to SCARE you. Or… she might think you're attractive (if you're a boy)
She's either mentally handicapped, or she was trying to be weird as a dare/to make her friends laugh.
