Radeon X1550 512MB PCI-Express (1DVI / 1VGA)
OR
GeForce 8500GT 512MB PCI-Express (1DVI / 1VGA)
The computer would have a GB of RAM and would also be used to play quite a bit of games like Sims. Oh and it has to be able to play Black & White 2.

the 8500GT is 3 times faster and is DX10. x1550 is DX9.
They would both work great with B&W2 since they are far above minimum requirements.
