It seems like when I'm around things, they break. I'm a total klutz, and so I knock things over anyway, making people angry at me. But, even when I don't do anything bad, things wind up breaking! Then, I have to go and tell my mom, and she gets angry. Just now, I was unplugging a fan so that I could plug in my sewing machine, and the thingy which keeps the sockets in place fell off, and now there are exposed wires. It seems like I attract accidents! My mom's having a bad enough time, because her food allergies are making her sick every ten minutes, and it seems like my just being here makes things worse!
Does anybody know any tricks which can stop me from causing accidents and fix my luck up a little bit? I'm fifteen years old and a girl, if that helps any.

You're not bad luck - you're just careless, which is out of your control. You just have to concentrate enough. It happens to a person who's always thinking about random things while he/she does the routine things. You're lost in your own world while you do things like unplugging a fan, etc.
Now, hold a stable mindset and keep it in your mind while you do your work. Be confident on yourself and hold your head high. Remember this - if you don't value yourself, nobody else will. So NEVER EVER let your self-esteem sink in your miserable thoughts about yourself. Make your subconscious believe that you're of help, and you are nothing less than any other person. I've been through it, so I know how bad it feels. But you can get over it. You can email me if you need any help.
Calm down. Just lay down on your bed.(You are not gonna break your bed, aren't you?) Try to remember when all this stuff began. Then think every problem straight. How are you gonna fix them? and resume the life before.
