Okay so it's tuesday and i'm going to Visit relatives on friday. I'll have to be bikini ready by SATURDAY!!! I'm not bad, pretty thin, but i have like...idk. I need to flatten up my tummy a bit. What should i DO!? Are crunches enough???

Sorry, but you have left it WELL to late to make any difference at all.
Maybe if you had a month you MIGHT be able to see some results, but this would mean cardio everyday and ab work-outs twice a day as well as an immaculate diet.
Besides, i'm sure your relatives will see your 'pretty thin' 'not bad' figure much better than the way your perceive it (you are you own worst critic).
Don't worry about it and enjoy yourself!
Edit: Mike chats wet, even if he does say he's a personal trainer, I still disagree. This wont make you lose fat, but will cause localized dehydration. Basically you will lose water weight from these specific areas, which will give the illusion of weight loss, but trust me that water will be back on you within a day(s). This is an old technique used in boxing to try and drop weight (not fat) before weigh-ins. Give it a go if you like, but risk the chance of dehydration and heat strokes.
One last fact to throw in;
2% dehydration=10% decrease in performance
A simple google of 'bin bag running' will find numerous sources, 90% of them arguing against it.
Dont listen to anyone you could def, do something about it. You could lose at least 2 pounds. This is what you need to do get a garbage bag wear at as a **** (cut holes in it for your arms and head) and start running like at least 4 miles. You should feel fresh and slim at the endd goodd luckkk
o0hh and btw dont do this all the time its really bad for your skin if you keep doing.
