I am going to Paris on Feb 7th and stay there couple of days. Where can I go by train to see. I want to go to Swiss, Germany, Belgium, England. Is 2 days enough by train? Thank you
No I think you underestimate the distances. You can certainly travel by train. The train network is very good in Europe. From Paris to Berlin it's a full day, one way. To London it's easier because of the high speed train. You can reach London in maybe 3-4 hours, total.

I have chosen the fastest connection for each destination. So you may find out the feasibility yourself.

Paris Gare du Lyon - Geneve — 3:22 — 0
Paris Est - Basel SBB — 3:26 — 0
Paris Nord - London St. Pancras — 2:55 — 0
Paris Est - Berlin — 8:16 — 1

NO WAY!
You will need a week for all these places and then you won't be at each place more than a few hours.
You need to research a little more.
