It is all very normal. I know that alot of the things that are going on in your body right now....and u dont understand them all but that's all a part of you growing up. Take any pain killer and it'll take the cramping away. Also you could try exercise. I know you're in pain but, running or playing outside for a little while can help with cramping alot.

Talk about it with your stepmom. Sorry, but you can't get rid of cramps. You can recede the pain by taking mydol. It's kinda like a tylonel or ibruprofin. Only for cramps. Lol. You can also ask your dad or stepmom (preferablly stepmom) too get a hot water pad or heating pad so you can put that were it hurts.

they are normal at this time of the month. for the cramps you may wanna take a hot shower, 2 pain killers (advil/aspirin,etc...) and relax. a cup of hot tea is also good and if you have a heating pad you can use it. you may also wanna try "thermacare", you can find them in a pharmacy/store. they do wonders. not to scare you or anything but the cramps will get worst as you get older.

This is normal. Try taking a walk but if you dont want to do that try a hot water bottle on your belly and sit cross legged leaning back. Talk to your dads new wife if you cant talk to your dad about it. She went through this too and she will probably be happy to help. If its really bad ask your dad to take you to the doctor and ask him to wait outside explaining 'womens problems'. Just take a midol, with a class of milk (milk will relieve your cramps) & lay down with a warm rag over your abdominal area, this will also relax your cramps.

Midol is one brand of pain killer for menstrual cramps. Get it from the drug store. If money is a problem, you could call the pharmacy and ask how much it is so you could buy it promptly. It worked for me, and my first use was from a coworker. Women stick together over this, as we all have to deal with it. You could ask your step mother to get it for you RUSH, if she could.

yes it is all normal any girl gose thro it and bananas is good for cramps just talk to your step mom and she will understand she went thro the same thing you are going thro if you still dont fell like talking to her go to a friend or a family member

you need Motrin or pamprin for menstrual cramps and bloating, aleve works just as good, but you shouldn't be afraid to talk to your stepmother she knows ,she has been there, talk to her and you will feel so much better that you did. if she loves your dad then it comes with the whole package which means your loved too.
