Transferring to Ivy League?

I am attempting to transfer to Cornell University. My current GPA is 3.87 and have 3 semesters completed at Western Kentucky University and I participate in many extra-curricular activities. I do volunteer work at a humane shelter, for the local EMS and the fire department. I also work full time (30 hours a week on average). The only problem is I only recieved a 2.3 GPA in High school and a 23 on my ACT (I didn't care about school and the ACT and just brushed it to the side). It wouldn't be an issue but I saw in the transfer application that I have to send any SAT or ACT scores and my College transcripts along with my highschools. I'm also not stuck on Cornell and would like to get into any Ivy League school if there is others that would be appropriate for me to transfer to. I'm just worried about my high school grades....

Update:

So basically I'm asking if I have a good chance in transferring into Cornell with my good college GPA despite my terrible high school stats.
