i received 2 tickets in the past 2 weeks. i have not taken traffic school for the past 18 months, so i am eligible to take traffic school. my question is can i take traffic school for both citations? is that possible or can i only take traffic school for on one of the tickets, and receive a point under my driving record? i got one ticket for going straight on right turn only and another one for not stopping on a red light before making a right.
oh btw, im in California.
thanks in advance.

In California you will have to pay for both plus a traffic school fine plus the cost of traffic school. But in regards to picking just one, the above answer is correct. If you're going to get the one point either way, may as well contest it on the off chance that the citing officer does not show up. Even better, contest both by trial by written declaration, if you lose both then reevaluate your odds and decide which one to take traffic school on.
*/End of Line.
You're only allowed to do traffic school once every 18 months so the traffic school is only good for one citation. If you need a cheap and easy traffic school I suggest you try http://www.onlinestudytrafficschool.com/ Its approved by the DMV.
only one at a time...so you'll have to pay one...better choose the cheapest one!
