Triple H because Jeff Hardy is at the level, but I don't see him getting it just yet. MVP is at the US Championship level and not really a top heel to have the title. Shelton Benjamin has the US Championship and is athletic, but I can't see him holding both the titles on SD. Brian Kendrick is just starting to get to the mid card and in my opinion, this main event match will level him to the mid card status, but I can't see him as a high card because 1. he has only been defeating cruiserweights. 2. he just turned heel and has not even held the US Championship yet.

It's still early. I'm willing to bet that somehow another Superstar gets added to each Championship Scramble.
For Raw: (hehehe) Santino Marella
For SD: The Big Show
Probably Triple H however i hope Jeff will, I would like to see him with the title. If anyone else wins it will be strange and I won't be to happy.
