Have you tried adult diapers? You could probably change yourself. If not, do you have someone else who could go with you? Like a support staff person or something?

Talk to whoever is organizing the trip, and see if they can help. They may have suggestions that you haven't thought of.

You can get a PCA to go with you pretty cheap.

change ur self or get pull-ups. one of my neighbors had this happen. and its called try some prescription meds
